What effects, if any, would arise if my Sisturus c. Catanatus was to spray through the enclosure screen and into my eyes. My snakes are grumpy when disturbed and often spray venom at the screen ?

Venom in the eyes will be a bad thing from any crotalid (or any venomous creature for that matter). There are a myriad of small veins and bood vessels in the body of the eye which would be vulnerable to raw venom.
You would need to immediately flush the eye with plenty of fresh water to avoid permanent damage and possible blindness.
And, I would say a trip to the emergency room would probably not be overreacting.
All that said, I am NOT a doctor. You probably should consult one.

Karl has, as usual, nailed it. The reason spitting cobras are more effective at spraying venom is due to the channel in the fang's structure. Any snake venom will do harm to the eyes, and absorption through the eyes to the bloodstream cannot be ruled out.

Umm, not for nothing, but isn't it illegal to possess massasauga's in Canada?
