			Im looking for a good place in north AL to find timbers / canebracks. Ive had no problem finding northern / southern coppers, so if anyone can help me i would apriciat it.........thanks and happy herping

			Ive heard that in some parts of North Alabama, the timber/canebrake population is gone. If you email me I can give you some locations in North Georgia that I can show you. You can find Timbers and Canebrakes.

			they are far from gone. there are plenty of canes left in N AL. What part are you in? Sand Mtn is still panning out well. i caught two that are 4'+ just outside Bryant, AL this year. if you are interested in babies, i have 8 that came from a N AL female this year. --Chuck

			I didnt mean all parts. But in a field guide that I looked in said that they arent supposed to be in North east alabama and north west georgia, but you cant always depend on an old field guide. I was just saying that Ive heard that.
