false water cobras as first hot

Hi, I am experienced with constrictors, kingsnakes, and garters. I have grown an interest in venomous snakes latley and am wondering if a false water cobra would would be a good first choice. Any info on the best age, selection, keeping, handling, basic needs. or even a different suggestion as a first hot snake. Also any info on how potent their venom is would be appreciated.
