Can you see the difference in sex by young Trimeresurus albolabris? By striping/tail lenght or something else??
My Tr. Alb. are still very young. But I hoped that you can tell what sex I had.
Thanks,
Ben

Hey man,
Im not too sure. Im sure there may be a way to do a scale count and get a rough idea but I dont know the numbers. Most everybody I know usualy quesses at it.
Usualy, at least from what some of my arboreal keeper freinds have told me, the females will be the better feeders. I dont think you can really know for sure untill they get larger, or unless you probe em. As im sure you know, females will get damn near tripple the size of the males as adults.
Well, I hope this helps.
Take care.
Later,
Jeremy
