Possible necrosis,I would imagine. Hemachatus is a spitting "cobra", which shows that it will have more of a tissue-destructive venom rather than neurotoxic venom. (But this is not to say that neurotoxic proteins aren't present.) They are covered in the SAVP Polyvalent.
