I like how the discussion is mostly centered on Austin Stevens while this thread is about Jim Harrison. But I feel compelled to add my 2 cents.
Harrison is one of the top professionals in our field today. His experince as an animal technician is superb and he knows his stuff. I think he's actually signed onto this site.
As far as Austin Stevens goes, I like his shows. And to the anon poster. I appreciate your passionate posts. Your hatred for Stevens clearly comes through. As a fan of his show, I do agree with most of the criticisms that he's not accurate, that he's very showy. But c'mon, it's tv. He's entertaining and exciting. For the average audience, that's all they need. It is afterall, a tv show. I'm not saying that Mr./Mrs. True Phantom is wrong or right, I'm just stating my opnion.
