Mt Eastern Diamondback has been eating well and is growing fast. But I can't tell if he is drnking from his water dish. He use to drink from it now I don't see him drinking at all. Is there a way to get him to
drink fom his dish if he hasn't been drinking. And how can I do this.

Try soaking your rattler in luke warm water, at the same time spray it steadily for a couple minutes. An eastern diamond back can use a good soaking once in a while, that is if it will let you. While soaking, gently press its head half-way into the water (with a hook), not above its nostrils.
If the snake is eating, you shouldn't have a problem. He might be drinking while you are not around. If the snake is looking dehydrated (loose skin etc..), try the soaking technique.
