Tough order, especially at the moment. I'll see what I can do, but my suggestion is to find a cabinet shop, show them what you want and let them build it. Lumber + time + glass + hardware = more expensive than you would think. Just tell them to build it out of 3/4 inch plywood and don't varnish/spray it. It won't take them long and shouldn't cost much.
Go to a glass shop and order 1/4 inch tempered glass in the dimensions that you need. Carry it to the cabinet shop or install it yourself. You'll save money that way.

By the way, the cage that my largest EDB is in has floor dimensions of 3ft x 6ft. A height of 2 feet is plenty, but his cage is 3 feet tall. I've been thinking about making some alterations to that cage, but I won't go into detail here.
One of the interesting pieces of information that came out of the Biology of the Rattlesnakes Symposium in Loma Linda Jan 2005, was that the ultimate size that a rattlesnake attains is based on how many meals it gets in it's first year. If food is aplenty in that animal's environment, it will grow to a much larger size during it's life. Oddly enough, if meals are few and far between the first year, it doesn't matter how many meals you supply it in the 2nd or 3rd year - it still will not grow to it's maximum possible proportions.
