I have been at sea since the middle of December and missed wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We just pulled in today.
As could be expected, our mail got lost somewhere in the Pacific theater. So, no presents, no cards, no emails, no nothing.
What a way to start out the year!
Oh well, this will be the last year I spend the holidays away from my wife and family.
Please remember our service people who are away from home defending our nation during the holidays.
I hope all of you have a Happy and Prosperous New Year. I should be home in time to celebrate the 4th of July.
Enjoying the heat and humidity of Guam (again),
