i've seen where they have a service similar to delta dash that doesn't require verification and is priced about the same but i can't find info on it....any help?

1) first call, they couldn't ship venomous via any method
2) then they couldn't figure out any method other than cargo for $250.00
3) then they told me huntsville didn't have an airport (i pass it daily, not the largest, but an int'l airport nonetheless)
4) they hung up on me because i insisted that they DID offer a service similar to delta dash, and they didn't know who delta dash was
5) never happened because i gave up
i can get no answers, i know it exists because a few people have used it, but it's not easy to figure out....not that easy to figure out the details on delta dash either

found that and will give it a shot...sounds like the right track.....the problem is that the employees are uninformed....like when you go to buy a part for a car and the 16 year old can barely operate the computer, much less cross reference part numbers
