Gosh Chad,
If a young guy like you is now an Old Fart, what does that make someone my age?
An old, old fart? or perhaps an elder fart, or maybee even an ancient fart? LOL !
Best Regards JohnZ

I know that I can speak for many of us in the Northeast – We’re jealous as hell. As proof of this let me recount the scene at Hamburg yesterday. When I arrived at noon the line going in was 75 yards long and 4 abreast. It was barely moving and there was no place to park. After a 2 hour diversion to Cabela’s I returned to a couple of parking spaces and a line only 25 yards long (still 4 abreast). In all of the years I’ve been going there I’ve never seen anything like this! By 2:30 some dealers had been picked clean and were leaving. It was a mass meeting of the hopelessly cabin bound who waited patiently in (warm!) 40°F weather as though there was some great reward to be had. We have since retreated to our hibernacula to await the start of our season, more than a month away. Wake me up in a few fortnights.
Sincerely,
Paul M. Kaczmarczik (a prehistoric fart)
