Except alot of moldy hay, and fox and coon crap... But I have got permission to check out a near by saw mill, and the guy says for me to hurry for they are gonna doze all the sawdust away!! So with that note, if I do find anything, then it will have to come home with me or be crushed to death by the Bulldozer..... Shawn

Shawn, those racoons and foxes might be why the snakes moved out. Since you have found shed snake skins there in the past, you should check it at different times of the year. If they were there once, they just might come back. I have a large metal shop, and birds nest up in the rafters. I start seeing shed ratsnake skins about the same time the birds are raising their young. The rest of the year, there is no sign of the snakes there. They are going to go to where they can find food. Ok I gave up for the day, found nothing.. The pile is mixed with boards that are 16 feet long and 10-15 inches thick, so we could not really budge them..LOL also after digging a little it was obvious that the pile has not been there no more than a year at the most even though once we got about a foot deep the steam rolled out, we could not find any holes/air holes or rodent holes, but I am not detered I may try again....? About the barn, JohnZ I have not found sheds in that building, the building I have found sheds in is a different one, and yes you are right I will try to check it when it warms up a bit, and when I see more birds (meaning baby birds in nests) out and about, thanks for all your support, and if anyone has any different kinds of King Snakes and want to part with one or two, I want to do some breeding project with them so let me know..? Other than that I will see you all on here, till then later... Shawn
