Larry, thanks for clearing that up. I have been watching this from Florida. I have been focused on our issues here in Florida lately. I did type and send a letter about the bill in Texas. You should email me sometime and catch up on all the latest back here in Florida.

I already apologized, the same day, and Mr. Fishel has posted since. As I have INDEED apologized, and HE didn't feel the need to make a larger issue out of it, what's your point?
Mr. Fishel is a big boy, and I'm sure he can demand his OWN apologies IF he doesn't get one, and feels he is due. I doubt he needs you to play the part of his big brother.
Now you know how I felt when I made an ASS of MYself by posting snide remarks and not having all the facts.

The point was that I'm from your hometown...or at least where you're living now.
Guess Larry deserved an apology when I ran MY mouth and ended up being full of s**t, but I don't when someone else takes a shot at my integrity. I guess you don't see anything out-of-line with what you did.
The fact that you demanded an apology for someone else was bad enough. The fact that I had already done so, made it worse. Your statement of "It would show some respect." is now simply ironic, as you don't appear to be able to do so, since sticking your nose into an issue between two other grown men, when it had already been settled, shows no respect for Mr. Lemon (as most men can demand their own apologies) and none for me, as your tone sounds like an elementary school principal scolding a child. I'm thirteen years your senior young man. Mr. Lemon is four years your senior. If anyone has any room to take that tone here it would be me, but I don't do that to other men. I speak to them like men...even to you.
But the ridiculous, bold-faced arrogance of "I'm waiting..." drove it over the top. Waiting for what? Is your life so empty that you sit around issuing behavioral mandates over the Internet to men you don't know, and then waiting for them to comply? And why on Earth should I just to comply just because YOU are "waiting"?
I have made a staunch effort, in both time and money, to fight HB 1309. Just a couple of weeks ago I was having to argue, on this same forum and others, that it had actually PASSED in the House when people were saying it had failed.

So I was already a bit "over" people who didn't go throwing around bad info, and then insisting they were right. So I flew off the handle and made a complete ass of myself. When I realized that I was mistaken I immediately posted that I HUMBLY apologized, and that I would get back to work, again, trying to do my part to defeat it.
