If you were representing Homo-SaPHIENS and you were forced into a grudge match in a 30 ft. by 60 ft. by 90 ft. reinforced steel cage, which animal would you choose to be locked in the cage with for 24 hrs? An 18 ft. King Cobra, a 700 lb. Grisly bear or a 500 lb. Siberian Tiger with cubs? No way out! Who would survive?

John,
This question would be better suited in the Survey section... Interesting question nonetheless.

The king hands down. Thats the only one that wouldn't look at me as food and I know how to handle snakes.
Though kings are just as deadly as the rest if they were to bite you it is much harder for them to sink their fangs in. The others would have no problem at all killing you in an instance.
Also, the king would be defensive. He would stand his ground and maybe make subtle advances but wouldnt chase you. The others would be predatory.
If worse came to worse I would just run away from the king considering how much space you gave. Their would be no doing anything with the others aside from wetting myself. LOL

Ah, ok. I think I misunderstood. If your asking who would win I would have to say the grizzly. The king would probably kill whatever attacked it eventually but not before it was killed. The tiger would be a good match for the grizzly but I don't see it winning. The grizzly is simply stronger, has a thicker hide and is damn near as nimble as the tiger.
Actually, the human may end up winning if they could stay the hell away from the mammals until they killed or incapacitated the rest. If the human had some sort of weapon they could probably dispatch the king. Without, well, I wouldn't try.
Kind of a fun question. If you were to force each participant to actually engage in fighting then the grizzly would win hands down. If it you were not I would say the king would win simply because it would probably crawl to a corner and sit there while the others killed or got killed. The human may get lucky but that all depends on the condition of of whichever won between the tiger and grizzly. I just dont see the grizzly and tiger not going after each other first as they each pose the biggest threat.
Oh and I dont think the tiger would go anywhere near the king. Tigers know very well the danger posed by cobras. The grizzly wouldn't but would probably avoid it out of instinct.

Well, If it were me I would take my chances and climb up the bar's to the top of the cage and hang on for dear life. I have taken two black bears with my bow and Know from those experiences that I could do nothing to stop a bear or tiger With my bear hands. Cobras give me the Willey's so I would hope that while I am clinging to the top of the cage in utter terror crying like a baby that the Cobra would just slither off between the bars , And that the Tiger would mortally wound the Bear (as bears are good at figuring stuff out )And hope like crazy that I can hold out for the alloted amount of time. But when the sick puppy who put me in the cage came to let me (us) out I would beat the ever lovin snot out of him.
