Hey guys. I'm in SC. So forgive me, but I forgot,....what exactly is the law in NC in regards to hots? I can't believe that I cannot remember this, but,.......well,...oh well. LOL

Nothing native save for Agkistrodon can be kept in NC. Im sure there are county to county differences but the above mentioned are for the entire state.
I think law makers may be trying to put together a ban as we speak but im not sure.

Oh and to clarify though I think its obvious, the "nothing" remark is only in regards to the venomous species native to the state. There may be non vens which are regulated too but im not sure which.'

no regs on any type of exotics at the state level... NCARK legislation is pending for '09 legislative session. will set caging and safety standards for 'big 5', venomous and crocodilians. the future is secure in NC... Cold Blooded Mafia...
