Do any non AZA people on this list have both, exotic venomous snakes PLUS exotic antivenom?
If not, why not? How diffciult is it to legally get it?

There are a lot of people that keep their own antivenom. If you check the file library on this site, there are details on how to obtain all the proper permits to order and keep antivenom. Additionally, you can also get all of the necessary applications in our file library.
