Thanks. I will be sure to stop by your table. I would like to add a EDB to my collection someday. Here in NC they are a listed species of special concern. I'm not sure off hand what my state laws are regarding captive bred specimens of EDB's. I think I will check into it. The only only rattlesnake in my current collection is a WDB. I have a pic of it on my website.

I contacted the NC Dept. Of Wildlife today regarding the keeping EDB's in the state. And they answered my question that I already knew the answer to.
Regardless of where the snake came from. An endangered species permit is required, If I wish to possess an EDB in NC. Oh well. I'm not gonna jump through hoops trying to get that permit either. I have enough paperwork in my life to deal with right now as it is. lol

Yeah I was 99.9% sure it was a no go for keeping EDB's here in NC. I just wanted to make sure.
I know in the past while looking around on various forums, I've seen NC residents that do keep EDB's in their collections.
For me it's not worth the risk of losing my whole collection becuase of one snake. I fear that more than I do jail time and or fines.
