Does the size and feeding time affect the volume or potency of the eastern diamondback rattlesnake?

I'm not quite sure I understand the question, but I will try to answer what I think you are asking for.
A rattlesnake is only capable of producing a limited amount of venom in a given time and the health of the snake, access to water, proper temperatures and amount of venom expended all depend on the quantity of venom produced. Potency of venom varies even with regions, so I think that might indicate that variances in diet and environment rely on these factors to some degree. However, some studies indicate that the more difficult the terrain a snake lives in, the more potent it's venom will be - simply because of natural selection.
