this site is full of people that think they know everything. you all treat the people who are asking your advice like they are idiots, and driving young herpers from the hobby. when i first started coming to this site i thought it was decent, now it seems like just a bunch of old ladies argueing back and forth. save it for the chat rooms. just give the advice asked for ,and not your two cents on why they shouldnt be keeping venomous snakes in the first place. not every one is as dumb as you(most of you) think they are. were you constantly discouraged when you first got into the field by everyone you tried to get a little knowledge from?talked down to? made to feel like an idiot?it dosent surprise me that everyone i talk to about this site tells me that they dont visit it anymore, or that there are much better sites to spend my time on. and i dont really expect this post to be on here long. people dont like to hear the truth, it hurts...

yes my friend, we are in a bad way if these are the "experts" that young people are depending on for answers. and dont get me wrong, i am not talking about all on this site. there are some good answers and information in between all of the childish bickering, and constant discouragment from the "experts". all i have left to say on this is PLEASE, IF YOU HAVE AN ANSWER FOR A QUESTION ASKED, JUST ANSWER IT TO THE BEST OF YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND LEAVE IT AT THAT.and to all of you that just chime in because you have nothing better to do, please dont...

If you ask a real question I will answer.I will not bust your balls some will.If I can not answer someone else will.I do not care what any of you keep at home thats on you.I only care about the well being of My snakes or snakes in general .I will argue sometimes so what if you ask a real question I will not bust your balls.

then you are the exception archie, now you are putting youself out there as a man who will answer a legitament question with no bs i hope you will live up to it. and the rest need to follow your example.as for myself, i make it a habit to only answre a question if i know the answer, or can point a person in the direction of someone who dose. i find that anything else just confuses things even more.

I would like to make a statement .No one is perfect mistakes will happen.The fact that almost every week some one looking for a fight shows up is a pain in the ars.If you think everyone here is not tired of it you are way wrong.There are some very good experts here that take care of some of the largest collections in this country.They should get some respect for their effort to help people.Billegerent ATTACS on this site helps no one.Be part of the solution not the problem...........Archie

I have been with this site for ten years.
It has changed a lot and your constant harranguing is not making it better either.
Seems to me that all you are doing is complaining that this site is not what it used to be and that Chris Harper wouldn't like it.
Please email him at webmaster@venomousreptiles.org and tell him how to fix it.

Not the site Karl . The Organization ! No complaining here either , just watching this place burn down . And i have no need to email him . Myspace works much better . You just stick to pigmys .
