Im really interested in learning more about snakes and I need to know when certain snakes may become active. If their is a website that tells me it would be great. Thanks.

Nayte,
One way to tell is the eye structure. If the pupils are large, that means they are most likely diurnal, meaning more active in the day and some at night. Smaller (slit type) eyes are nocturnal. Then there's some tree snakes with binocular type vision...try www.thesnake.org and www.hotkeepers.com.
