Illegal California Sales

Be aware that there are ads in the classifieds that are illegal offerings and purchase requests.
In the state of California it is illegal to sell native venomous reptiles. There are several ads there right now looking to sell sidewinders, speckleds, red diamondbacks, etc. This is illegal.
It is also illegal to own any non native venomous reptile without special permitting. As example, asking to buy Canebrake rattlesnakes, a illegal snake in California without special permitting.
Here is what I wrote when I responded to the ads:

Hi, my name is Paul, I have a way to ship to California, but need to know if you have a permit for the non native venomous...

RED FLAG!
We must police out own community to keep this kind of problems from creating new regulations to try and banvenomous reptiles.
Ignorance is no excuse. Please don't try and tell me you do not know the laws, as it is your responsibility to learn them if you are going to keep these animals.
You know who I am talking about, and you should pull your ads and stop trying to break the law. If not I will gladly forward these ads to California Game and Fish and let them give you a good education.
Sorry to be harsh, but damn, somebody has to do it. Respect the law and be responsible, you can do damage to responsible legal owners in the USA.
Now, I would like to see what he has to say...

Paul I told him the other day that it was illegal it is most likely a set up.He still wanted to do trades.

it is not uncommon for fish and wildlife to set folks up this way. not that they are evil, but they are cops looking for law breakers so that's what they do.

im 14 i didnt know it was illegal to buy or sell. I like snakes i had no idea that it would be a problem. the adds will be removed.

THESE ARE THE KINDS OF SITUATIONS THAT IS GIVEING US BLACK EYES AND BLOODEY NOSES .AT 14 THIS YOUNG MAN HAD A COUPLE OF US EMAIL HIM FOR TRADES.THIS JUST PISSES ME OFF.IT WAS DAVID THAT SLEW GOLIATH AND A CHILD SHALL SLAY US.14 CLAIMING 19 HOUSE FULL OF RATTLESNAKES YEA I DO SEE A RED FLAG OR TWO.I TOLD HIM THROUGH EMAIL IT WAS ILLEGAL TO SELL HOTS FROM CALI. A WEEK AGO.SO THE I DID NOT KNOW DOES NOT FLY AT ALL .TOTAL CRAP.I THINK AS A CHILD HE SHOULD MAKE A FULL APOLOGY COMEING CLEAN OR HAVE HIS PROFILE DELETED.

alright can you tell me how to delete it so i can leave you guys alone i didnt know it would be a prob with reptiles but nvm that can you just tell me how to get off thankyou i didnt meen to affend or make enybody mad even though you guys arnt gunna listen to anything i say i like animals i love snakes ever sence i caught my first kingsnake i just catch and letum go i just wanted to see if anybdy had diffrent snakes but i found out its illgeal so there please dont bother to write bike with hate or an arument just tell me how to leave
