Of course it is a scam.
Our same old friends back again.
Good to see that folks here are starting to notice.
If a nuke was accidentally dropped on Cameroon, and Nigeria, the world would probably be a better place.
Just as long as it also took out the American missionaries who are supplying those folks with computers, and teaching them English.
Best Regards

Haha, I just saw that. The way the ad is worded it sounds like they are gathering reptile breeders from around the world to go breed them in Africa; not the reptiles. Maybe they are trying to create the ultimate reptile breeder! -Jamie

I am often amazed how far people will go and how much work people they will do to get out of actually working for a living. Whether it is scamming or otherwise.

The thing is, the annual earning for the average worker in Cameroon, Africa is about $300.00 U.S. dollars.
So, if they make good on just one or two scams a year, they could elevate their standard of living to two or three times that of the neighbors.
Makes it well worth their while to spend countless hours "working" the internet trolling for folks to take advantage of.
The old aphorism "There's a sucker born every minute" comes to mind.
And you know what, if I was living on $300.00 a year in Cameroon, Africa, and had internet access, and was smart enough to use it, I might just be doing the same thing.
It is difficult to feel sorry for people who get cheated because they were greedy, and just could not pass up a deal that normal people would see as being too good to be true !
Best Regards
