i was wondering if juvienile png taipans recieve their prominent red copper stripe when they are older? or do they already have them from birth, arin

Generally speaking with this species, the males retain the brilliant red/orange stripe throughout adult hood. Females are much more drab, almost to where it's barely visable. My two adult females have exceptional coloration, just like the male.
