Does anybody know how to contact the people at midwest? I have a product idea for them. I have tried to e-mail them at info@tongs.com on a couple of things but never get a reply back. It's been almost a week since I e-mailed them. I am temporarely without a phone so the only way I can contact them is by e-mail.
