The Green Vine Snake, Oxybelis fulgidus, is an ovoviparous (egg laying), arboreal (tree dwelling) rear fanged colubrid. However, it is not listed anywhere as a species of medical concern.
So, to answer your question, "No, it is not deadly to humans."
