According to Dr. Bryan Fry of the Australian Venom Research Unit, the most lethal snake (drop for drop) would be Oxyuranus microlepidotus, or the inland taipan, with an LD50 of 0.025 mg/kg (the smaller the number, the more potent the venom). Of course inland taipans don't kill any people because of their remote location and seldom contact with humans, so the question could be two-fold. Other less-venomous, but more notorious, snakes are certainly known, and could include the puff adder, saw-scaled viper, spectacled cobra, and fer-de-lance. Each of these cause a multitude of deaths each year, so in a sense could be considered more dangerous than inlands based upon mortality rate. If you notice, each of these snakes occur in developing countries where access to medical attention is minimal at best.

The "fierce snake" (Oxyuranus microlepidotus) and the "Inland Taipan" (Oxyuranus microlepidotus) are the same snake.

I just recieved 2.2 of these snakes and if I could get someone to give me a little lesson in computer intelligence I would love to post some among other really cool photos I have been taking.
I am unable to figure out how to upload them....
Anyway, any help would be appreciated.

Terry, you need a server to upload them to to "host" the space needed for the pictures. Once you have them uploaded to a server, you can from there post in html into just about any forum or message board, etc, the link to them in the proper format and it will automatically load them for anyone viewing the page. That may have just made things sound even more complicated, but basically you just need to find some server space to buy or borrow to host your pictures. You could always buy some space on Kingsnake's photo gallery, but I think they will give a certain amount for free. Or, as a pure act of good will from me to you, you are more than welcome to use my server for hosting your pictures. I have basically unlimited space with which to work, so all you'd have to do is e-mail me the pictures, I'd load them, then e-mail you the links, and you could post them wherever you wish. Just let me know if you would like to do that. My e-mail is rvsnakes@direcway.com.
