Description: The lid is actually a box made of 1 X 2 that is screened with a tight screening material (window screen). I attach it on the inside of the "box" and then use a small strip of wood to evenly secure the edge of the screen and separate it from the second layer of screen (hardware cloth) which is used to prevent fingers from coming in contact with the screen.
