Description: While in Sri Lanka, I gave 3 lectures at 3 seperate Universities and Hospitals. Here I am in Kandy at the Univ. of Peridiniya making the rounds with one of the doctors. The patient is a 28 yr old female who was bitten on the foot at 5 am by a common krait, Bungarus caeruleus, while retrieving water from the family well. She is at the end stage of recovery and is just about ready to leave the hospital.
