Description: I got this postcard today and wondered if anyone has seen it before. The base of the middle finger is labeled as "Place Bitten", just below the elbow is "Tourniquet was place here". Below the arm is "40 incisions made in forearm". I guess the bulbs were placed on each one? At the bottom right corner is "Ross Allen 1941". Hard to believe all of the incisions was ever the prevailing wisdom!
