Great for invertebrate keepers!

These Midwest tweezers are great to have around. Build quality is excellent and the rubber tips are very durable as well (taking many pinches and stings from my scorpions). Although I cannot think of what you could use these for on a venomous snake (other than removing retained caps), theyre the perfect tool for working with scorpions. The rubber tips are perfect for grasping the metasoma below the telson. The rubber tips prevent damage to the metasomal segments and also offer a better feel and grip. The only downside is that when blacklighting you cannot see the rubber on the end as it doesnt flouresce. I suggest wrapping the ends with medical tape as it will allow for easier blacklighting. Overall a great tool to have around.

Midwests rubber coated tweezers are high quality, durable and gentle on your specimens. I routinely use these for manipulation of my scorpions and their cage furniture. Perfect for gently gripping just below the telson when needed.
