Description: We figured it was about time that space age technology was incorporated into reptile handling equipment. How did we do it? We made the shaft of our hook entirely of a unique carbon polymer which makes this hook the lightest weight most durable field hook made. The carbon fiber shaft of this hook enables far greater handling capacity than any aluminum shaft hook. This hook is also a real “looker”, it’s special “silver metallic” finish will make your hook the envy of your fellow herpers. The generously sized hook is made of the highest grade imported STEEL.
We are so confident that you’ll love this hook that if after purchasing this hook you don’t think the Big Apple Big 43 inch hook is the best field hook you’ve ever seen than give us a call and send it back for a full product refund (NO restock charges).

Great Hook for the Price

This is my first personal Snake Hook (I've used others) and it's basically a modified Graphite Golf Club with a Stainless Steel Hook welded/epoxied onto the "club" end. It's extremely lightweight and very mobile, and it's hook shape is a bit more open than most which makes it great for catching some quicker snakes but it's not as good when it comes to flipping items. This is a great starter hook for a College Student (like me) that lacks the funds to go for a Stumpripper.

For $23.99??? A VALUE

This is perhaps the best bang for the buck you can get! I looked around stores and reptile shows. I must say its hard to find a good snake hook. Ive seen hooks that sell for $65 or more! and no hook i viewed around $30 compared. I got the hook and its light, good sturdy construction and wow did i say its light!? The only thing I didnt like was the golf club handle, i would like something softer to pin my more aggresive pythons. also the end of the hook could be a little more narrowed so its easier to scoop under the thiner snakes. Thats why it got a 4, but if i compare this hook to any hook ive seen or used that sells for under 30 dollars. id have to say this hook is by far the best.
