So i decided to take advantage of their bulk sale on the 35" x 23" x 12" plastic cages, i bought 10. BAD IDEA!!!
First of all it was supposed to take 4-6 weeks for the first cage to arrive......mine arrived on week 8, recieved 2. As soon as i picked up one box already heard some stuff moving around loose....it was the light that comes with it, when i plugged it in it didnt work. I waited another 3 wks and called and suddenly in a few days another 2 came in. This time both lights were loose in both cages, but did work in the end, however, one of the plastic tracks for the plexan to sit in was broken, and the other cage in the corner the glue had lost it's adhesion and the cage was coming apart. next 3 come in, one missing the whole light fixture, had my bag of screws though! I called to complain, he said not a problem, will send the fixture out with your next shipment, well the next one came in, and instead of recieving another one, ended up missing another fixture instead......btw another 4 1/2 wk wait. In the end i finally recieved my last shipment on about the 9th month after ordering. i have since had to reinforce EVERY cage with 2x2 like a roll cage because the glue was coming undone. their are no screws in these cages only thin plastic and a little bit of glue!
Also not enough ventilation!
Hopefully their elite cages are better, those are made up of aluminum i believe. Anyway i DO NOT recommend the plastic cages!!!!
