how difficult is it to keep false water cobras

thinking of buying a false water cobra but havent found out if these can be captive bred i know there temprament is questionable but as im in england it isnt on the d.w.a. which is next any help or places to go for a care sheet will be most appreciated also any suggestions on first venomous snake once dwa is readythanks to all who reply.

Some people i have talked to realy enjoy keeping them, infact they where on my list up untill local laws crushed it lol.
Here's some info froma shop thats actualy in the UK http://www.britnett-carver2.co.uk/c2c/falsewatercobras.html its probly one of the best caresheets i have found on the species
They also sell snakes you may be able to check with them about a cb fwc.
