What do you think about keeping 2.1 or 3.2 Crotalu

I have not done this, but would be interested to hear what kind of results people who have kept these kind of male / female ratios together for any length of time.
Does it seem to stress them out or not ?

If you keep a group of 2.3, there is the chance the males of the group will be stimulated to breed simply from the competetive presense of one another. Also may result in natural combat behavior between them, which seems to encourage a breeding session also.
But, this isn't a rule although some keepers swear by it. Others keep 1.2 and have no trouble getting successful breeding from their snakes.
I have tried both ways, and I have had more drmatic stimulation from keeping a large group (2.3) of C.ruber together in the spring. Nothing like two 4+ foot male rubers combating in an big enclosure. May have resulted in two gravid female this year.
