Open the picture with a photo editor then bring down 'image', click on 'resize'. A box will appear with the current height and width of the pic. Click in the 'width' box and change it to around 2.66, this will automatically update the height. You'll then have to change the 'zoom' to a larger scale. that should do it.

Do you have a program like Photoshop or Corell Paint on your computer? I use Paint to re-size pics; I just open them up in the program, then click "Image" at the top, then click "Stretch/Skew", which will allow me to shrink or enlarge the pic based on percentage of the original size. With some images on my hard drive, I can open them up using "My computer" then right-click, and choose "resize" from the menu. A box will come up which will allow me to alter the size of the pic and save the changes.

Phillip,
Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner.
My computer came with Paint Shop Pro 6.
In the buttons along the top service bar there is one labelled "Image".
In the drop down menu from the "Image" button is a "Resize" option. Dropping a picture's size down to 600 X 450 pixels usually takes care of any size problems.
Hope this helps.
