Has anyone on this forum observed an eastern diamondback rattlesnake in North Carolina? This is just a wildlife survey. Your info may be important for the future of this specie in NC and could aid in land preservation. Any photo's and localities will be greatly appreciated and may be submitted to NC wildlife commission for conservation of various herp species. Anyone with info on C. adamanteus can email me at fii@northstate.net to keep localities and personal information confidential.
Thanks
Zach Orr

He's in Wilmington at the Cape Fear Serpentarium. He grew up there and may be able to give you some info. Also, theres a place called called the Potawatomi Zoo in Wilmington. I don't know the guy who owns it, but He also may be familiar with the area of SE North Carolina and may be able to tell you if he's ever seen any.
