I got this snake in on trade and I have been told it is everything in the book. It was traded to me as C. enyo furvus. I can find VERY little info on this species and even less pics. It does have some of the same features as many different species especially the viridis family. Please look at the pics VERY close before you make a guess. If you need to know anything about it, please let me know. If you think you may know what it is, PLEASE let me know. Thanks,
Bobby

Hi,
The name of the snake is the Rosario rattlesnake.
It's care is much the same with Crotalus atrox. It shares the same habitat with :Crotalus ruber lucasensis
and Crotalus mitchellii mitchellii. Hope this helps.

Yeah, I know the name of what it is supposed to be. But is it a Rosario rattlesnake (C. e. furvus) or is it something else? That is the question. I am just trying to get a positive ID on this animal.
Thanks,
Bobby

I'm pretty positive. I cross referenced a couple of books of mine. One of the books was RATTLESNAKE-
Portait of a predator by Many Rubio. Good luck,Be safe.

Do you by any chance have a scanner so you could scan the page of the snake. I would like to see the picture myself and so I could read the information on the snake that is pictured. Thanks for your help and time.

I don't have a scanner right now ,but tommorow I'll get it scanned for you. There really isn't any info on
the Rosario . There is a picture of him in the chapter
HOW AND WHERE RATTLESNAKES LIVE.The only thing on the
Rosario is the comparing of there habitat with Crotalus ruber lucansensis and Crotalus mitchellii mitchellii . I'll also try to dig up some more pics and info. Good luck.
Cheers, Andy

Thanks to casabela28, I have resolved this matter. It indeed is a Rosario Rattlesnake (C. e. furvus). He found the info I needed with pictures. Great Job Andy. You ever need anything you let me know. Thanks to everyone who replied.
