I have never owned any mangrove snakes, but I have heard they are hard to keep in captivity. My cousin works at a zoo in Florida, and she said they are usually eat up with internal parasites because they are semi-aquatic. Are yours wild caught?? If so, this may be the reason they will not eat for you. Like I said, I have no personal experience with them, just from what I have been told. They are beautiful snakes and I hope they turn around for you and start feeding.
