Have built a 20 foot long by 7 foot high 4 foot deep cage with all acrylic interior and a wood exterior. It has sliding partitions at 4 foot intervals to create 5 separate enclosures in one cage and a sliding partition at 2 foot to separate the snakes from the bottom of the cage for cleaning. The 5 separate enclosures each have a waterfall and a misting system for humidity, the lighting and heating is separate for each enclosure. The enclosures have plants and branches. Now for the questions, what is the best temp, when and at what temp do you introduce the pair, is there a cooling cycle and last but not least what is the gestation.
Thank you, In advance for any help.

I`m keeping Trimeresurus popeiorum at about 28-30 degrees celsius in it`s hot spot during the day but it doesn`t like to "sun baith". Sounds like you have realy cool enclosures. I just spray my viper with water every day and have a big bowl of water in the cage for humidity. Do you have live plants in the cage or plastic ones ? Good luck & stay safe.

I have both types of plants. Vermiliads seem to work well.
Thank you
