I keep my Aspidelaps l. lubricus in a critter cage with the sliding top and lock. I find them great for burrowing spices. They spend most of there time under the ground. And a glass cage is perfect for them I use a 40 gal breeder

If I lived in a perfect world I wold have a pair of every hot snake known to man. Since it's not a perfect world we all do the best we can.
Anyway, good luck with your collection.

Ditto "Phyllobates". I keep mine in a cage exactly like yours. I don't really know how my inquiry to different commercial manufacturers of U.T.H.'s turned into a cage material & design topic.

Thanks Phyllobates! I already had that page printed out but I really do appreciate your concerns for the well being of my reptiles. Nice lookig Mangrove you have pictured on your profile. They're one of my favorites too. If you would like to contact me look up my e-mail address under "My Profile". I wouldn't mind talking with you.
