Ray: The problem with fungus on eggs is that anything that might kill the fungus also might be absorbed into the eggs and kill the snakes inside.
Most fungus lives best at cooler temperatures, so raising the temperature of the egg enclosure slightly might help, but you will have to be carefull to not cook the eggs. If you can raise the temp a few degrees without hurting the eggs, I would try that.
Also, you might want to remove the cover of the egg enclosure and let some of the moisture evaporate. Good hatching medium should have the dampness of moist pipe tobacco, many folks keep their hatching mediums too wet. Think of the moisture inside a rotton log or sand burrow that a female snake might have layed the eggs into in the wild.
If the fungus is also growing in the substrate, I would move them to new substrate, being carefull not to rotate their position. Put a small mark on the top of each with a felt pen.
You could also swab the eggs with a Q tip with an watered down antiseptic wash like chlorhexidine or miconazole, if you can find them. This does have the risk of some being absorbed into the eggs.
Another approach would be swabbing them lightly with distilled water with a couple drops of iodine or bleach added. Again there is the problem of possible absorption into the egg.
Hopefully, they are far enough along that they will hatch soon. The further advanced they are, the better your chances of their survival. Hope this helps some. JohnZ

Ray: I have also found some refrences for using water diluted Vinegar or Tea Tree Oil to kill fungus. Again, use sparingly.
The Chlorhexidine Gluconate should be available from a pharmacy, as it is used in antiseptic mouth washes and sprays. JohnZ
