there maybe lots of rattlers out in the southwest but murder and exploitation are what they are killing these animals in this manner makes me sad to be a human being has to stop at least have some laws or guide lines to see the animals are not mistreated makes me sick would like to hear back on this subject ckjbeck3@cs.com coy

The bad thing is that the person receiving the petition HATES snakes worse than the people you are trying to stop..The best way is to try and convince Animal planet or Discovery to shed some serious bad light on this out dated practice. Many towns across America will claim that round-ups are 75% of their annual income.

The thing I don’t understand is Rooster fighting is illegal, and Dog fighting is illegal. But Rattlesnake Roundups are legal? Doesn’t make a lot of sense to me, The act of killing animals as a source of entertainment and income is wrong in fact it’s the same thing as Rooster and Dog fighting.
