Hear recently, I have been hearing rumors that a new Bill is being Heard in Montgomery, AL that would Ban all Venomous Keeping in the State of Alabama. Do any of you know if this rumor is true, or is it just a Bad Ugly Rumor? If any Members that live in this State have heard this same rumor, please tell me (it’s got me worried). I would think that they will not ban native unless they decide to do away with the roundups. Andrew

Yes, you can Keep Alabama Native Venomous, but, I have been hearing some rumors that they are trying to Outlaw the Keeping of all Venomous Species. I do hope this is not true. ..................Be Safe Ya’ll, Happy Herping : Wally

i wouldn't doubt it....alabama is 100% ridiculous..... it's legal to keep lions, grizzly bears and alligator gar though

Ha, I can see your point, The only good thing about Mississippi is we dont have any laws regarding venomous reptiles.
