Agkistrodon Life History

Does anyone have good life history data (and citations) for the two local species of Agkistrodon?What I am looking for are things like average length at sexual maturity and more recent diet data that weren't published at the time when Conant and Gloyd published their monograph. I think this life history data might make my statistics more meaningful.

I found some very interesting diet information here:

Biology of the Vipers has a paper on Western Cotton growth rate, but it only tracked the first 4-5 years. Females seemed to slow down quite a bit at sexual matirurity (probably expending a lot of energy on gestation) but that might not apply to unbread females in captivity and says nothing about maximum size.
