I remember a post not long ago that questioned the possibility of this snake being found in the wild. Well Glades Herp is offering them for sale, along with Scaleless hets to go along with the amelanistics. They do not have pics on the website, but do list the animals for sale. Just thought it would be interesteing to get pics of it.

I have seen these before for sale and asked about them and got slated from all angles as they were so inbred and a snake without scales is like a Shark without teeth but thats just my opinion. keyz.

But, I assume they weren't found in the wild but are from captive breeding from a captive albino line (probably originating with a wild baby) and a captive scaleless line (same). My comment about the sun exploding first was an asnwer to the very specific question of the specific person who asked finding a rattlesnake with both mutations in the wild.

Are scaleless snakes produced through genetics or what???? I find these morphs to be very strange...
Thanks Eric

I do not know the origin of the snakes, but it amazes me what can happen by chance. They probably look leathery from the soft skin.
