If anyone has bred adamanteus and has data (or anectdotes) about the size/age at which you got successful copulation and reproduction can you drop me an email or reply I'd like to hear what you've observed...
Thanks

I've found that the females around three years old and males of about 5 years to be the best breeding pairs. Older females can breed but it seems 3 is the key number. Males younger than 5 don't do so well and much older don't either.

According to Ernst and Ernst the minimum breeding length is a TBL of 76-84 cm (~2-3 years) for males, and ~100cm for females. That makes sense in light of what I've seen in Agkistrodons.
