Jeremy, actually, we do mind !
The Crocodiles you are wanting, and have listed as wanted on our site, are Endangerd Species, and are under CITES Appendix I Protection!
These are critically endangered animals ! And CITES I is the highest level or protection.
That is why I have deleted your wanted ad.
I really doubt that anyone in the US has Morelet's Crocodiles or Nile Crocodiles available for sale, unless it is a Zoo.
But even if they did, they would be a zoo or research institute who has permits for these animals. And they would not be selling surplus offspring to someone like yourself who does not have permits to keep them !
I have warned you in the past that you were very close to getting banned permanatly from this site ! And you are still are playing games !
I do not know if you are are undercover Federal Fish and Wildlife Officer, or if you are a kid who has been posting lies about your experience with reptiles, but no matter, you are a heart beat away from being banned forever from this site. And don`t try to sneak back in as Tiapan_Man, aka Gerald Wayne Smith. As far as I am concerned, you and him are one in the same. And I have links I have traced to proove it !
I am about to ban both of you from this site forever, and any other masks you come back under !
If you actually have CITES I Permits for the purchase of these endangered animals, forward copys of them to my EMail Address, so I can see them. Otherwise, stay off of this web site and do not post here anymore.

A. I'm not playing games. B. I don't even know who taipan man is! Anyhoo, I got a American Ally. Not a croc. And I know plenty of people with Niles and Morlets. I'm sorry your thinking this way. But whatever floats your boat.

Oh and can I see some of those 'Links' proving it? I'm not sure why you are bitching me out, I actually just applied for CITIES Permits.

Wrong Answer Jeremy !
Go find a different site on the internet to play on.
Perhaps Kingsnake is what you are looking for.
You are Banned From This Site.
Any if you try to sneak back in under different names, they will be banned also.

John
This gentleman posts other places with wild stories under many names. You were right on the money about CITIES permits.

1. You can't be tough on an internet forum.
2. This little public tussle is very immature and should have been handled in private.
3. I miss the old venomousreptiles.org

I'm not sure what got you so mad. Am I missing something. The fact is, I've been at quite a few shows where I've seen Niles get sold to people with out permits. It's not uncommon. That may be where this guy/kid got the idea that he can buy one. Should he? Probably not. But he may just be confused or something.

I don't know about the CITES regs on these animals, and I am not particularly concerned with it (I am not allowed to keep crocodillians in my state, nor would I want a freaking nile crocodile). However, nile crocodiles are available for sale,I saw a price list that has some for sale right now . If this guy were legit, he should get whatever neccessary permit he needs, an adequate enclosure to keep a 1500 pound croc in, a good life insurance policy, and a little sense, before he goes looking to purchase one .

Jeremy, ok, it does seem that Nile Crocodiles are listed as both CITES 1. and CITES 2., depending on what part of Africa they come from. So, it could be possible that a few are sold here in the US.
The Morelet's Crocodile is Endangered, and is listed as CITES 1. protection. Unless you own a Zoo, you will not be able to legally purchase these animals, and will not be able to obtain permits for them.
For that reason, you should not be posting here that you want to purchase Morelet`s Crocodiles.
You are being given a second chance at this site. Do our research before you post wanted adds for Endangered Animals. And make sure you represent yourself and your keeping ability truthfully here. All of the Site Managers will be keeping a close watch on what you post.
