What college major/degree would I need in order to get a job making antivenins? What company or corporation hires people to make antivenins?

Your best bet would be to get a degree in biochemistry, a Master's at minimum. There are Pharm companies working with venom, but not much in terms of AV production. There are few jobs in the US for that industry.
