You would get more information, and a quicker reply to your questions if you fill out your profile. Alot of the best experts here wont reply to questions by seemingly annonymous people.
I usually follow the same guidelines as they do, but since your questions is a commonly asked one, I will go ahead an answer it.
The Largest snake in the world would be the Green Anaconda. By far heavier and girthier than any other snake.
The Longest snake in the world is the Reticulated Python. It holds the current record for length.
Hope this answers your question. Please take a few minutes to fill out your profile, we are a community here, and new people are always welcome.
I'm still relatively new here, and have been made very welcome.

There is always stories floating around about someone seeing a very large snake, I got one for you.
In WW2 my grandpa served in South America (he is now deseased) any ways he said that down there at that time where he was stationed the tribes people would travel up river on a large caved out canoe (50ft long) he said on day while traveling down river with them a large snake came forcefuly out of the water onto the shore, the military men since never had seen anything like this and scared opened fire on it killing it. They pulled the canoe beside it and the part of the snakes body that was out of the water was longer than the canoe!!! And their was still part of it in the water! Making the snake my grandpa claims to have seen over 50 feet long!! Problem is even though I love my grandfather their is no photo to prove the leangth and it was over 50 yrs ago and telling the same story for that long may have streached the leangth of the canoe and the snake?! Either way Google your question and fill your profile out, stay on this site become afiliated with everyone/read other posts and ask as many logical questions as you can think of, they will be answered. welcome to the site and enjoy.
