I purchased a Extremely white Western Diamond Back from Cottonmouth that was hand caught in Texas, My question is; it is not albino, but is white as paper with faint markings and hasel to grey eyes. What could this be? if anything special. Thanks Scott D

Leusistic!!!!!! If the animal in question is bone (hard enamel looking) white and has blue to steely grey eyes then you have a very nice prize on your hands. Leusistics are EXTREMELY RARE and if I were you I would have a new breeding project with as many regular female WDBs as possible. Good job on the hard to find animals, I am steadily impressed. Lamar has a Leusistic EDB in his picture book, the most spectatcular...... you could check it as a reference.
cool find,
